1、 Preferential treatment for class a companies and ships

1. All units and departments shall give priority to class a companies and class a ships to handle administrative licensing and other maritime government acceptance business, provide "tolerance acceptance", "minimalist handling" and other service measures, and shorten the time limit for business handling.

2. When the company applies for the company's audit, if there is no significant change in the safety management system, it can be handled according to the simplified procedures, that is, reduce the personnel of the audit team, shorten the audit time, reduce the number of sample spot checks when auditing the system activities of the company's shore based department, etc.

3. For class a ships, the frequency of flag state inspection and on-site supervision and inspection shall be appropriately reduced.

4. According to the needs of the company, it can report to financial institutions, insurance companies and the industry

2、 Supervise and serve class B companies and ships in accordance with existing regulations.

3、 Regulatory measures for class C companies and ships

1. All units and departments shall strengthen the supervision and inspection of class C companies and class C ships. The company's daily supervision and inspection shall not be less than twice a year. During the implementation of the company's audit, it is necessary to increase the intensity of sampling on behalf of ships and shore based activities.

2. All maritime administrations shall list class C ships arriving at the port as key supervision ships, and increase the frequency and intensity of ship safety supervision and inspection; The ship supervision office is responsible for urging the company and its class C ships to accept flag State supervision and inspection at least twice a year, and reporting the acceptance of inspection to the ship supervision office within 3 working days after the inspection.

The classification and grading evaluation results of shipping companies are only the basis for the implementation of differentiated management by our bureau.
